\u2022 Private and public boat charters with diving, snorkeling and sunset excursions available
\u2022 Car and bike rentals can be arranged prior to arrival on the island. Car rentals with or without chauffeur available
\u2022 Health spa and in-villa spa and massage treatments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initial deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability, a completed booking form and a thirty percent (30%) deposit are required to confirm a booking. Fifty percent (50%) of the villa rental due must be paid to confirm a booking for the Christmas\/New Year period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For bookings made within thirty (30) days of arrival, full payment is due upon confirmation. This is applicable at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Security deposit <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A security deposit of 10,000 THB is required to be paid on arrival. This is to cover the cost of any breakages or damage to the villa during the rental period. It may also be used to cover the cost of excessive cleaning, should this be required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment due date<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability, payment of the outstanding balance must be received sixty (60) days prior to arrival. If payment is not received by the due date, we will deem the booking to have been cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For bookings made within thirty (30) days of arrival, full payment is due upon confirmation and prior to arrival. This is applicable at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following cancellation charges will apply, depending on when notification of the cancellation is received in writing, and the period of stay in the villa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SIXTY (60) DAYS OR MORE BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deposit is forfeited but credited for twelve (12) months from the date of confirmation of the cancellation by us. The credit value can be applied towards a future rental for the same villa during any period, depending on availability, by the Guest or anyone on his or her behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund will only be given in the event that the Agents secure another reservation fully or partially covering the initial cancelled reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
