This is what we set out to build.
We fell in love with this piece of land, its light, its rocky slopes, its uninterrupted view of the sea. And we gave everything to make it worthy of that first feeling.
Divya is a private villa on the heights of Haad Yao, Koh Phangan. Designed by award-winning architect Gary Fell. Three bedrooms, an infinity pool dissolving into the horizon, a yoga space open to the sky. A place that asks nothing of you except to be present.

Divya was designed by Gary Fell of GFab Architecture around a single conviction: that the boundary between interior and exterior should disappear. Large glazed surfaces open every room onto the jungle and the sea. Ceiling heights shift from intimate to expansive as you move through the spaces. The architecture does not compete with the landscape. It becomes part of it.
The villa is built with efficiency in mind: LED lighting throughout, inverter air conditioning, natural cross-ventilation through careful orientation, reflecting pools that cool the interior through evaporation, and a water recycling system. Living well here does not come at the expense of the place itself.
